PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
OVER 4,000 FEET ELEVATION, cool all summer. This 5.73-acre tract sits behind the gates of Rainbow Falls Community, up past the Appalachian Trail and still only a short drive back to Franklin. The ground rolls up easily from the road and flattens into a broad bench with several natural spots to set a home. The tract features Mature hardwoods overhead and ferns underfoot, with the understory open enough that you can walk the whole property. Adjoining parcels around you are large, thus ensuring your privacy. The Standing Indian Basin and the headwaters of the Nantahala River (a Trout Unlimited top-100 trout stream) are nearby. Lake Chatuge, Hayesville, and Hiawassee, GA, are all less than a 30-minute drive away for a boat day or additional dining options. Easy access via Paved roads in and a well-kept gravel road to the lot. High, quiet, and easy to build on is a rare combination. A quick tour of the property will show you its true potential and why it is so exceptional.
